Hi all, I bought my car two months ago or so and it's idle has got worse and worse, now it struggles to start, and is ever so close to stalling when in traffic, have cleaned throttle body amongst a few diy jobs, anyone help? My car is off the road til I can get it going because it's now developed a fairly loud rattle, I think from too many revs on startup, after cleaning the idle valve I found the seal above it to be ripped pretty badly, I am wanting one because of this and is it a likely reason? Anyone have one or know where I can get one quickly?
Really hope someone can help
Thanks

My car was having idling problems, and I think the problem is the air breather hose for the ICV... Haven't got it fitted yet but hopefully it'll cure it.

Did your breather hose cure the problem?

So after 'shotgunning' parts, I took it to a garage and it was the fuel pressure regulator, hope this might help others!
