i recently had my 325 converted to manual but ever since the cruise control no longer works. A friend of mine said it only works with automatic gearboxes, is this true?

It's almost certain that the clutch switch hasn't been fitted, but this won't stop the cruise working - it just won't switch off when you press the clutch, leading to an engine potentially bouncing off the rev limiter!Topblag wrote:or the clutch pedal switch ?
Absolutely no reason why the cruise shouldn't be working as before. Tell whoever did the conversion to finish the job properly.
