What kind of ATF for A/T

What kind or brand of ATF is recommended for automatic transmission of an 86 325e (I think I have the cable type - the one with no sports or eco mode switch)

Castrol Dextron 3 will be ok for your Automatic gear box, available from Halfords or any good motor factors.
