heat & sound proof bonnet ??

i have a 325i and the heat shield underneath the bonnet is all peeling off.

whats the best mat to use to block heat and sound coming from the engine for the bonnet ???

ive seen one here they do a 1/4" and 1/2" thick shield for the e30 bonnet ??

guys...where can i get heat/sound shield for my e30 bonnet that looks like this ....it covers the whole area of it instead of just 3 sections ??
