Knocking when turning

My 320i has just started to make a loud knocking/rubbing noise from the front when turning. It started off just when turning left but now happens all the time. Can't see the tyre hitting anything. Any ideas? [/list]

It was the bush in the lollipop on mine. Replaced it, fine now.
I have the same problem
so far i've replaced the steering rack, shocks and springs (these needed doing any way), ARB bushes, drop links(twice don't buy them for £8 off ebay) and lollipop bushes. next on the list is track rod ends if they don't cure it then I'll be getting new wishbones as well.
