need to find out basically there are two interior lights on the left and right, do the individual doors control these lights when they are opened? i.e left door opened left light on and right light off?

very confused also with my ultrasonic sensors i armed my alarm, basically both windows are rolled down, i wave my hand inside past them and nothing happens, but then i open the PASSENGER door and the alarm goes off, yet when i open the drivers door nothing happens, BUT i havnt connected anything to the passenger door switch or anything to do with that door,

then disconnected the battery, armed the alarm and the alarm is basically not going off, i unlocked it from the inside and got into the car, i then turned the ignition on the alarm then goes off, but not when i get into the car?...

it basically stopped alarming after disconncted battery even when i opened the passenger door

its a rightclick car alarm if anyone could help thanks!!

Both door switches activate both interior lights, but if your car has a delay off unit for the lights, the driver's door doesn't operate them directly.

dont have a delay unit, just wanted to know is there a main wire that i can connect the door switch from my alarm, ive got a + and - , have to connect that to the pins on the doors so alarm will activate when a door is opened,

this may help your problems the lights inside are 1 circuit just bridged as are the door pins so no matter what door you open both lights come on as long as the switch on the lights is set to on
2nd check the ultra sonics are connected to the correct trig wire some ultra sonics have there own box make sure that has power and that the ultra sonics are connected right ie right side in right port on box
3rd where to connect the alarm wire for the lights rather than going to the the lights direct connect the wire to the out going main wire in the fuse box which feeds the lights this way weather 1 or 2 lights come on the alarm should go off also some alarms work on the drain system this means that if there is a drain of power to the system the alram should go off how ever some alarms need few mins to half an hour to set before this action can work this may explain your alarm not going off with the lights on hope this helps
