How much oil do I need to do a full change on my 323i ?

Ha Ha. Does anyone know. Ive got one full bottle (5L) and wanna do it when I get home. Ill swing by Halfords on my way back if I need more.

Haynes manual says 4.25 litres with oil filter, 4.0 litres without.

You should have 'change' from a 5ltr can!
I find it cheaper long term to buy engine oil from a motor factor in 25ltr drums.
