I have the same problem but ive traced the problem to the injectors i think.

I have 12v on the red white with ign on AND i also have 12v on the brown white with the ign on.

When i crank neither wire pulses or loses power, it just drops to about 9v and stays there till you stop cranking, is this right??

Sorry to hijack your thread

You are unlikely to detect the injector pulses on the brown/white wire with a meter when cranking. The pulses are very narrow at cranking speed, and are unlikely to be seen against the varying reduced cranking voltage (which pulses each time a piston goes over TDC) and with the slow response of the average digital multimeter.
