6 branch manifold ?????

hi guys....im thinking of purchasing this 6 branch manifold off ebay for my 325i f reg 1988 manual.

has anyone purchased it from these people , is it wise getting it from them ?? anything i should be looking out for ??

It looks like the Hottuning one,but they have never made claims of a 10bhp gain though IIRC

Bang for your buck they are alright. Some early ones had problems with mounting up to the head but i think they got all that sorted.
It will give you more noise, and look cool under the bonnet. Just dont expect too much in the power department.

If your looking for power then you should be looking for a BTB, racing dynamics, alpina, Hartge etc.
Although expect to pay at least three times more.

The hot tuning manifolds give 2 or 3bhp extra, sound sweet and look nice is that's your thing.

K13, your link is broken. It just hangs for me (because of the *plug* in the link I suspect).

Try this: insert in small letters A U T O M A C into the *plug* element in the link and close the spacing up.

i tried but the plug keeps appearing. lol

the manifold a u t o m a c, are selling it says its an aplina manifold and there selling the middle box with it for £235, will that manifold and middle box fit on my 325i ???

anyone kknow about them ??


edit::: they just emailed me saying £425 including middle box and manifold... way too much looks like ebay is my only option
