Hi guys,

Today I wanted to check the resistance for the blue temp sensor on the ecu plug and I discovered that it has the 35 pins connector. So what version of motronic ecu does it have and which pin do I use to check resistance ?

Thanks

Sorry guys... I made a big stupid mistake. The ecu is on the driver side. The one on the passenger side is the abs unit I think.

Now I feel stupid.

Maybe the moderator/admin can close this thread.

Sorry lol

Willnz,

No comment lol !!!!

Anyway, I tested the blue temp sensor resistance on the ecu plug when the coolant temp was approximately 40 c and the resistance value was 550 ohm. Is that within range ?

Cheers
