Water pump woes

After checking over the front end of the engine, it looks like I've got a leak :(

Thing is, it only leaks when the car is cooling down after a run, and before anyone says the water pump, i put a new one in 6 months ago.

Could it be the seals have failed already since i reused the old belt (4 years old i believe) or that the paper gasket has failed which had blue silicone on it to help seal?

Either way i'm guessing the pump's fubared (mating face is not flat) and it'll mean another pump and a couple of hours farting about to get it fixed :cry:

Ive just replaced my water pump... it was the core plug above leaking......
