going to view e30 1990,what to look out for?

Good evening,going to look at e30 1990,what are the key things to look out for? 91k miles £750..THIS CAR HAS ONLY 91,000MILES ON THE CLOCK. THE E30 BMWS ARE BECOMING RARE, ESPECIALLY WITH THIS MILEAGE. THEY ARE COLLECTABLE AND ARE NOW SELLING FOR STRONG MONEY, HAVE A LOOK ON THE CLASSIC CAR WEBSITES. THEREFORE THIS WOULD BE AN IDEAL INVESTMENT. I HAVE A FULL A4 BINDER THAT INCLUDES EXTENSIVE SERVICE HISTORY MOTS CERTS FROM 19945 TO 2010, RECEIPTS OF PARTS,ETC. THE CAR HAS FORTUNE SENT ON IT. ALL THE ELECTRICS WORK AS IT SHOULD WHICH IS VERY HARD TO FIND.

THE ENGINE IS THE 1.8 LITRE WHICH SOUNDS GORGEOUS. IN LAST MONTH THE CAR HAD FULL SERVICE, 4 NEW TYRES, DIFF, CD PLAYER. THIS CAR IS AN EXCELLENT RUNNNER AND IS USED DAILY THE CAR HAS MORE THAN 5 MNTHS TAX AND 9 MNTHS MOT. YOU WONT FIND THIS CAR FOR THIS PRICE. VIEWING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Jacking points
Floor
Sunroof and roof
Rear valance
Scuttle (bottom of the windscreen)
Bulkhead (check for damp footwells)

Also find out when the cam belt was last done

usual car checks but main priority is rust as mentioned above, there aren't many e30's that haven't been welded or need welding so check thoroughly
