heater blower

heater blower keeps blowing fuses if i replace the fuse as soon as i turn on the ignition it blows............any ideas ...ta

there is a panel on the bulkhead that unbolts, plastic cowling behind there with the fan/motor unit in

edit: found a photo on pc...

Pull the rear bonnet rubber seal off, and you'll see where the panel starts and ends.
Held in place by four 7mm self tappers, plus assorted wiring/brackets fitted to it.

looked at it today and the fan was seized managed to free it with some wd40 it now works but only on position 4 but it also sounds like its struggling and cuts out then starts again...so it looks like a new motor.......
