I've got some eccentric Powerflex wishbone bushes here. Are there any handy photos showing correct installation. I need to see the correct orientation of the eccentric part.

Actually, I've just realised that it's obvious. The L shaped cutout is where the rib on the wishbone fits into the Purple part of the bush.
When you press the outer black part of the bush into the wishbone bracket make sure it's the correct way round and in the correct orientation.
You want the back of the control arms to move towards the tyres. This is the easiest way to explain this.
Use the grease supplied between the purple and black parts.

I found it a bit tricky getting the lollypops back on afterwards. You're forcing the angles somewhat, i ended up having to use a block of wood under the lollypop and lowered the jack to force them to mate up with the bolt holes.
i quote sal
"Bush comes in two parts, inner (purple) and outer (blck).
Remove the old bushes form the control and and fit the purple part to the control arm. There is a groove on the bush which fits onto the control arm edge, it will ony fit on a certain way. ignore what the bush says ion it if its for left or right.
Then.....remove old bush from bracket.
Fit inner bush to bracket - this is the most important part - you muct get it the right way round so that when the bracket is fitted bvack onto the car the hole is facing towards the wheel and the cut out is facing towards the front of the car.
Then place the outer bush over the purple bush and bolt everything up."
and there is a pic or 2 here]

I'm just doing this job. The bush that obviously fits on the driver's side is labelled "LH side". I'd expect it to be labelled "RH side".
So is this too true then?

That's the way it is, yes.You want the back of the control arms to move towards the tyres. This is the easiest way to explain this.

i take it the bush sits central in the lpop and the lips on each side of bush sit outside the lpop?

I can't really see what there is to get wrong with pushing them in either, unless you mean you didn't get the hole in the right place. I assumed that they move the end of the arm outwards towards the tyre and it should be a shift in the horizontal direction.
The bit that was confusing with mine was that the unit labelled "LH" was obviously intended for the driver's side, which I'd call the RH side.

Doesn't work for me.
I'm assuming that my installation of the bushes is correct.

I revisited this tonight because I'm breaking the car and I took the bushes out and thought "dickhead put them in the wrong way round because the driver's side says LH".
