Rear headrest retro fit. How to?

Hey guys

I want to fit rear headrests to my touring and was looking for a how-to, im sure I spotted one here a year or so back but can’t seem to find it.

I have the front and rear headrests and runners from a donor car and was wondering how it was done, from memory im supposed to use the front runners and the rear headrests.

Any help appreciated
