Hi guys
my 325i has developted a idel problem (worse when cold)
when i start the car when shes cold you think shes running 3 or 4 cylinders
new plugs fitted great spark been serviced
only thing not changed is cap and rotar getting this tomorrow
any suggestions what it could be

Andy,
If its electrical try pulling the plugs leads off one at the time. Obviously when you pull a plug lead off it should have an immediate effect on the engine idle. If it has no effect you may have found your problem.
The other problem that comes to mind is dirty injectors.
