which type of ECU? they are both bosch but 1 type has a red sticker the other black.

If it's the black type there is a big silver relay next to the ECU which sh!ts itself and causes the ABS light to be on constantly. This usually cures it.

If it's the red type these don't seem to ever go wrong and the relay is internal inside the ABS ECU. These are also in my experience harder to find!

I'm guessing when you switch the car on the ABS light stays on and wont' go out even when you start to drive?

hth

I have a polite request/suggestion ......

USE PUNCTUATION! That way, we can all tell where your sentences start and end and use capital letters to start a new sentence please. I've read your post three times and can't understand what the fcuk you're talking about, otherwise I would try and help.

Cheers

Yea but you wrote it, so subconsciously you know what you are saying anyway!
I don't have a problem reading the words (I can read), I just have a problem trying to guess where you intend your sentences to start and finish.
This basically means that your post reads as one huge sentence with no pauses or points for breath. Imagine trying to read the Guiness Book Of Records with one breath and no pauses. Nothing would make sense and you'd pass out after about half a page because you had no place to stop and breathe.
