tyre pressure 318i touring

hey,
anyone know the correct tyre pressure on a 318i touring,
the owners manual has gone missing when the car was in the hands of one of its twenty odd previous owners,':D'

14" wheels
2bar front / 2.2b rear
or 2.2/2.9 heavily loaded

15" wheels
2.1/2.4b or 2.4/3.1 heavily loaded.
