On my 316 , from 1987, My choke kept on , even when engine was hot . problem was the temprature sensor located between carburetor and valves. When engine was hot it's resistance was too high , so i replaced it , problem solved. I added 2 pics of this sensor , for those who might experience choke problems on the 2BE carb.
