Opinions please!!! How much would you say it's worth?

it is a red 4 door model with
17" multispoke alloys (resently refurbished in a silver and flip)
205/40/17 tyres that are almost new.
Mtech 2 spoiler,
Recaro front seats. (drivers seat a bit worn),
White plasma dials (the numbers light up blue and red)
Tinted (and fliped) rear lights,
lowered 60mm with gas rear shocks.
Tax end October
With new MOT

1987 - E reg
just under 180,000 miles
Don't really have any service history, although I had it serviced shortly after buying it nearly a year ago.
Has some rust on the n/s/r arch and a little on the sunroof.
new engine mounts and has just been washed.

I reckon it is worth Ԛ£500 in bits , as a complete car being a chrome bumper 4 door you'll struggle for that sort of money. Sad but true.

You may well get more selling the bits. A bit of a bind but probably worth it.
