My under bonnet foam is really starting to look extremely tatty.
Whats best to do, replace it with the same from BMW or is there any better aftermarket stuff.
I'm running a 6 branch so I don't really want to have without insulation.

Any suggestions?

I'd go for the original stuff. Still available from BMW IIRC and cheap enough too...
