I have a "tinckle" from somewhere around the rear suspension, drivers side. I've changed the knackered top mounts and wiggled every thing in the area but can't find anything loose. It sounds a bit like a heat sheild is loose or a wheelnut has come off and is bouncing around inside the centre cap.

The bumpstop is on top of the damper and under the plastic shroud, only mention it because when I recently fitted new dampers/top mounts I managed to assemble I with the bumpstop on top of the shroud and that side knocked...the other side knocked because I failed to tighten the lower bolt....

Is the noise like a jingle when you go over bumps ? If so, I reckon the brake guard retaining pin thing is loose. I have the same noise on mine, but I'm about to change the guard and pin ( which I know is loose ) when I get the rear wheel bearing done next week.
