what brand and grade of oil is best for my sports lsd .vehicle is getting built for trackdays and comuting to work .

Castrol SAF-XJ is the right stuff for the BMW LSD :)

Got mine direct from bmw , think it was around £15 a litre , canny remember what it was but the motor factors that i tried to get it from could tell me what i needed ,but never stocked it,including halfrauds .
