Can anyone tell me if these are still available, the internal diameter and length as well please?

Yes they are still available from BMW approx £30 for two. I don't know what the internal diameter is sorry. You can just about see the mine on this photo.

This is the part no. for "slash cut" black chrome tail pipe trims but from what i can gather they are for an e46 model. When you order new trims from a BMW dealer for your e30 Sport, this is what will arrive. They will fit and look great on any e30.
If your after the original e30 trims, your out of luck as i have yet to find the correct type.
BTW the e30 trims were made from thin gauge brass!!!(coloured black)...useless info. but tough :D

Correct, the original "short" straight cut trims are no longer available. These slash cuts look okay but one will be too long due to the bend in the tailpipe.

Oh dear, tis bad news then mate!
There are some reasonable second hand ones around,if you ask the right people, but most have split by now.
I wanted the original "outwardly rolled" straight black trims for my Sport and tried everywhere i could think of...........nil stock :(
Depends on how bad (read-how anal you are :o: )you want them but i got a pair of identical items made for me, as a one off by a panel beater and he did a real good job :D
Most people fit the dealer supplied (e46) slash cut and thats 8)
