IS Heater plate pipes

Need technical Q/A then you're in the right place

I have removed the TB heater plates, but can not connect the pipe from the head to the lower water return pipe as they are not the same size. How is this best done? I also hear you can just blank both off as they are for the heater plates only, not head cooling. As BMW did in the Tropical models (South African IS's) Is this correct.

Not quite!

Tropical version as you call them, like here in Portugal, have also an heating element, although much smaller the what you guys got there in the island.
