Hear me out. I have bmw e46 325i. I know it's full history, change the oil as required, replaced entire cooling system and other essentials. Replaced clutch and flywheel, and everything else in the tranny. It runs perfectly. However, it's a salvaged title. I can't sell it. The body is fucked, some rust on the frame, and a shit paint job.

I'm looking into getting a salvaged pickup truck, or a chassis, purely for work purposes. I don't care about looks, hp, etc. How viable would it be, given all the tools I have and experience I have, to swap and m54 engine into a 70's or 80's era pickup?https://19216811.cam/ https://1921681001.id/

i'd be on the look out for the likes of an early mazda b2500 to fit the motor into.
