Reputable mechanic South Wales area or closest?

I have a 318 automatic that has been garaged for around 3 years that's i want to rebuild and convert

She's abit of a pig at the moment and will probably need brakes and I'm looking to make it a manual with a 2.5 or 3.0 petrol engine
And all the nigglys bits for an mot.

Does anyone have any recommendation for a experience mechanic close to the Cardiff or surrounding South Wales area

That`s a lot of work you have planned so expect quite a bill, why not do it yourself or at least some to try and cut costs and get to know the car as well.
