So, I've been sick and tired of replacing the acetate sheets on my sandblasting cabinet window and found a totally awesome trick that has so far been faultless.
I bought some 120 stainless steel mesh from Amazon for £9 (www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B09C8FD8N9/)
Installation:
Remove any sticky stuff left from previous stick on acetate covers
Cut the mesh to size
Stick it on using 3m VHB tape. I did a test beforehand and it sticks very well to the mesh and to the window itself.
Reinstall into sandblasting cabinet
As you can see the vision is amazing and you can read the text of the tapemeasure.
I used the sandblaster for 7 hours yesterday and the vision through the window was exactly the same as when I started. No fogging after 30 minutes like before.

I`ve worked using these cabinets for years and always had the same problem as you had.
