I’ve been in Germany too long. When did London declare it’s independence?

Mainly because it's a dump, stuck between the A1 & the M1 & full of ex miners who want it to go back to the "old days"

I've lived in some dumps but this place??
Maybe time to head back to the east coast.

You mean sticking and demonstrating at Euston station like they did years ago.......?

I am tempted to cash in and move out of London myself down, Devon, Dorset or East Cornwall but they are a funny lot down in Cornwall.......

Another Londoner moving to Cornwall, I'm sure they will be delighted.
Visited Falmouth for a RN wedding, lovely spot but the property prices are ridiculous.

They can all move if they want to as they do moan about not jobs or work in the area, tough luck to be honest, will be doing some work down there helping someone out with a property 150m2 £300k needs complete interior sorting out though and has a building attached to it that can be converted to rentals at a later stage which I may cut a deal and pay for and then earn interest on the load and have somewhere to stay.

¾ M that will be for a new build fully fitted out,

I knew you were frothing at the mouth to talk about your own financial standing.

Obviously the saying, money shouts, wealth whispers will be new to you.

Good luck with your deal.

To some degree yeah. I haven't done house bashing or anything, but I was an electrical maintenance technician for an aerospace manufacturer. So i'd fix / install a lot of CNC stuff like lathes, mills, borers, grinders, surface finishers, saws, furnaces, EDM machines (the electro discharge type, not the music ), equipment for non destructive testing and so on.

My father in law is the district manager for snowmobile trails out here, so i've had quite a few goes out on the snowmobiles! He's got 2 arctic cat turbos and an N/A 4 stroke one. The turbos are around 170hp, the older of the two had the driveshaft shear and took a lot of the chain case with it. Suspected that a bearing seized in it which kinda sucks! Great fun though when they're working and they're quite a body workout really!

Cool, nice life i was mainly industrial and got out before the building trade collapsed in the UK and moved in other directions.
