I`m back !!!!

Back in the area of doing something that does not require sitting down !!!
I have been asking my lads for a few weeks now to change the oil and filter on the e46 sport and last night I thought F******it.
So me and my wife did all of that together.
It went great and my girl was really good !!!

Wow does it hurt today but it will pass I hope .

Nice one Mart, you have to do these things. I have a dodgy back, and perhaps once a year or 18 months I do something which screws it up. About 2 years ago I had an episode, but needing to still work, I went and spent the time painting skirting boards for someone, the one job I could do just laying on the floor

know that feeling whenever my back plays up i allways try to find somethin easy to do that won't affect it more.

thankfully last time it went west i had some jobs to do under the sport so was able to lay flat on the concrete & get the work done,

hurt like hell getting down there & getting back up.

but if my knee/back/shoulder/neck all go at the same time? game over for a bit.

Cheers Steve, Im going to have a look at the plugs today and the filters as I need it ready for an interview tomorrow.
I`ll call my boys in if it`s too much and play the "hurt too much " Dad.lol
Hell it was alot easier last time I had the other side done.

All sorted after a few stops and hell that was sooooooo easy to do.
I think that the oil , air, cabin filters and the oil drop plus the plugs should not take more than one and a half hours on a very cold day.
This is an M54 B30 (e46 sport)I am talking about and I have not done this (on this car ) before. Hell it was sooooooo simple.
The Baur (M10 B18) is just as easy so get to work on the really simple stuff guy`s , you will save a fortune.
