Thought I’d just mention I’ve moved back down south to Bournemouth area. Nightmare, first priority is to make the garage bigger, thankfully the grandson does that sort of thing for a living so it shouldn’t be to painfull on the pocket. M3 is on a SORN atm, think I’ll tax in March to miss the hike that appears to becoming in April. Might even SORN the b3 in February and redo in March.

How tall is the garage? Gonna fit a 2 post in?

Unfortunately a 2 post isn’t on the cards. The best option is to dig down, no where near as good but better than jacks and axle stands. You’ll forgive me if I don’t take you up on the driving offer :D

Hi Henry, It's been quite a while since I've been active on the e30zone (used to be E30Mark - need to ask the admin bods to sort out my user name :D )

Always wondered if you still had the M3, would be great one day to meet up somewhere, I'm still in Wimborne.

I've a touring in the garage in a million rusty bits, long term project 8)

Stay safe, will look out for the M3!

Thanks for the reply, I hope to get out and about in the summer, yes Mark, still got the m3, can’t see it being sold anytime soon, son tells me he’ll disown me if I sell it, M3 has a few more scars one being some dick screwdrivered the badge of the back. I got given, yes given a b3 Alpina, bit ropey but now looking good. M3 now got 154k on it b3 175k.
Alex, l’m always up for a meet in good weather so hope to see lots of e30’s this year. Mark I’ve tried leaving rusty stuff in the garage and the rust never fixes itself.
