Interesting... do you think this would fit over a touring???

Not sure if I'll end up leaving mine sat for a few months at the moment!

I bought this for my touring:

It's cheaper, not to mention brand new and seems to do the job just fine

Merry Christmas to all Zone members

My pride and joy is now kicked out of it's cosy garage for the next few weeks and so I thought a car cover would do the trick as temporary protection.

I agonised over loads of different covers but only have a tiny budget so went for this off Amazon in the end.
I was worried about paint "rubbing" so got a cover with a kind of soft fleece like lining. I gave the car a good wax first and fitted the cover onto spotless, clean and dry bodywork.
I'm sure there will be Zone members who will have horror stories about how these covers cause damage, condensation etc etc and that a car best left out in the open to breathe - and they might be correct.

I actually wanted a medium size but ordered the large by accident. It actually fits a lot better than I thought it would and I'm now glad I got this size. It is big enough to warp under the front and rear valances enough to put on a couple of extra grips.
I added an extra strap on lower windscreen wiper area for extra security.

Now I'm not saying I got the perfect size and I'm definitely not saying this is the best quality but.....it does seem like incredible quality for less than £40 delivered. Much heavier / sturdier than I expected, it fits pretty good and it looks like it is doing it's job.
