jus woundering how long i need to run my car for without giving it some. i hav jus rebuilt the head, jus woundering as i dont want to mess it up

head - i dont think you need to really run them in - its more the bottom end

But shouldn't you re-torque the head bolts after xxx miles?

no - its normally a couple of stages then tighten when warm

Depends on the bolts. Think the Torx ones you tighten cold on assembly and that's it whereas the hex head ones you re-torque once warm.

Don't quote me on that though!
