Yeah it was easier than I thought it would be. I had your guide printed out on A4 paper beside me so cheers for that one!
The only part which gave me any trouble was getting the rocker shafts out. I had to tap them the whole way from start to finish as they were tight. The inlet one wasnt as bad though and didnt take much to get out.
Ive still the stem seals to get out. I tried one but it just ripped apart when I pulled on it.
Hopefully putting it all back together will be alot easier as I know how to do it all now. Im glad I took on this job myself as although Ive done almost everything else to a car Ive never taken an engine apart. Its been a good learning experience and Ive lots more shiny tools in my collection too. lol
