motorsport bubble leather repairs

hi guys went to have a look at a motorsport convertible the other day and to be honest it was a bit rough all the drivers seat was ripped at the base and cause it was bubble leather it looked quite difficult to repair. does anyone know of a place who could of repaired it or supplied the material to have it repaired thanks
