318i Lux Cabriolet - recommended price - interested buyers?

Hi all,

I have a '92 K plate 318i Lux cab with:
-88,000 Miles
-Full service history (Mainly BMW, Specialist later svcs.)
-All previous MOT's
-Original Sales receipt - Germany
-Immaculate blue checkered cloth interior
-Tech1 leather steering wheel (+plus original 4 spoke plastic)
-New Plastic Window Jan 2006 and covered since
-4 new tyres (P6000's)
-New Radiator + Alternator + Discs and Pads + Battery January 2006
-Kenwood Mask CD player
-BBS Alloys

Problems:
-Electric hood mech has broken, but is removed so the roof can be dropped manually very easily (motor is fine, casing has sheared)
-drivers door won't central lock, so boot/passenger door is used to lock all doors.

Absolutely 100% reliable car, used for drives to Devon frequently, am looking for your advice on how much she's worth...?? I'm thinking 2-3k looking at similar cars on Autotrader. I need to look to sell as purchasing a new house, otherwise she'd be kept for sunny weekends.

i'll reply with my knowledge for what its worth.i'd say this time of year you have to be looking at the lower end of your price range but if it is as good as it sounds could and should fetch thats easily. put some pics up and ask around.i'd look at piston heads also as they often sell cars similar.i'd like to think if you put it on ebay with a reserve of £2500 it should fetch that. only my advice but noone else seems to want to help. hopefully you will get a bit more feed back now saying how wrong i am etc.
