Not really thought about this bedore, but was trying to think if i were to sell my e30 what i could expect to get for it ....

e30 318is (limited motorsport edition - as writed on log book and metal plaque on dashboard).

Everything expected from a sport, tech2, cheque recaros, BBS 15's etc.

Fully resprayed end of last year, garaged since and only covered about 250 miles.

M44 engine from 98 Z3 1.9 with only 40k on clock, stripped and rebuilt to fit 'is'. Lighter fly, big bore throttle body, K&N panel, chip (but not fitted).

Comes with 4 x e36 M3 replica wheels fitted with 2 brand new tyres, about 100 miles on them if that. 5 x genuine BBS 15" X spokes (tyres legal but only 1-2k miles left in them .. ).

MOT'd last week and new battery fitted.

Think thats enough info????

I'd say Ԛ£2500 - Ԛ£3000, depending on how the mods are viewed. If it's a special edition, oddly enough it may have been worth keeping original; in the classic market this would be more desirable, but E30s are still in a bit of a grey area classic-wise.

Personally I like the mods (except th wheels!), but if I was buying I'd prefer to pay Ԛ£2500 for a minter in original spec.
I have a "slightly-scruffy-close-up" iS which cost me Ԛ£850, a bargain in my view.

Its got the original rims sitting in the garden which can go on it, but there just off so they don't get beaten up and tyre's stay legal

I also have the M42 lump in the garage still so has the original engine just needs work doing to it ...

Anyone else got any opinions .... oh, it has got 150k on the clock mind you but is still mechanically sound and mint underneath, not a spot of rust and thousands of pounds worth of recipts to show...

I wouldn't say they are particularly hard to get hold of as they pop up quite often, they do tend to be pretty sort after!

That 318i looks like a bargain mate
