red badges??

hey guys i was just lookin through a bmw mag today and saw an e30 with a red bonnet and boot badge instead of the standard 1 or like the carbon look 1s you see on ebay. just wondered if any1 know if these are custom or if you can buy them.

Could they have been Alpina badges - they're red and black. Never seen standard badges in red.
