after bit of work yesterday and day b4 removing pipes and stuff we got the engine and box out as one lump this morning.
rain has stopped play now as i was going to drop it straight in the other 325i, fingers crossed for the weather....
got engine and box out this morning - now with pics...

Dude can you remove that Advert for ETK disks from your SIG, if you dont your SIG privileges will be removed.

weather has been but sh1te today as normal so took bit longer as kept having to cover up tools etc and dash inside...
didn`t have height in garage for crane really so cut out the slam panel
as the shell is being scrapped, this made engine removal much quicker and easier.....

here is the engine and box nearly in situ...

just lining up the mounts here...

got prop/guibo linkage to bolt up 2moro then all the hoses and wiring

if i was u id give that engine a good clean while its out.it will be loads easier 2 spot any leaks you get n saves hassle doing it wen its in

yep i gave it a bit of a clean and took up the play on the gearchange linkage as well
