E30 fest in ppc mag this month!

Picked up a copy of Practical performance car today, Loads of E30 action this month!

First and most important is Appletree's (Matt) supercharged IS. Looking fantastic with the most awesome engine bay this side of Ian Haynes' 332i.

Congrats Matt, Looking forward to reading the review.


Secondly Prism's twin turbo V8 monster is also in there, Although it says it has a BMW V8? I thought it was a TVR V8?


And finally there is an E30 rally car in the full throttle supplement.

We will take over the world!

It's a very good mag PPC, one of the few worth reading. That and Classic and Sportscar.

Classic and Sportscar sounds a little flat cap & pipe for my liking Andy.

PPC is great, My favourite out of all the mags. (Tbmw close second )

but this one is his new set up which is some off my old set up if that makes sense

I know! Used to stay at Jonmsm's place in lboro fairly regularly & that was the on-the-bog reading of choice! Might stop in at Toby's at the weekend & force him to write an article for me!

Nope this is septembers issue. Most mags are a month ahead.

Matts Dad here real pleased to see Matts car in PPC, of course I knew it was going to be in. Matts over the moon I don't think he quite realised what a privalage and achievement it is to get your car featured in a national mag, i think it started to dawn on him on the way back from the photo shoot. Thanks to all the people who helped along the way posting usefull coments on his thread, helping him keep motivated when things were not going quite so well.

Crap mag. My car was in Dave's Corner a couple of months ago when i took it to him for my base mapping. It was making 700bhp at only 2k rpm
