Heya, will these spring seats def fit my 316i? With that in mind, can I use some M3 springs to replace my current (rubbish) lowering springs that are too low?

yes you can use m3 springs btw.. and rear dampers

stock m3 springs will not fit these spring seats remember! as most car springs inc m3 rears are pig tailed at each end not equal diameter the whole way down......
grp n racing springs however will fit on these,,,,..... i happened top have a full grp n h&r coilover set... so thanks for letting me know of these as this bit was what was missing....

Just been told by the seller that these parts arent recommended for road cars as they are too stiff so I wont be getting them, ahh well.

yeh they are too stiff for road probably unless ure really hardcore......
grp n is what is used on grp n touring cars etc..... for racing...
