Heya, will these spring seats def fit my 316i? With that in mind, can I use some M3 springs to replace my current (rubbish) lowering springs that are too low?

Cheers

to quote the auction
"You are bidding on original E30 M3 BMW Group N Rear Springs made by Eibach with the rate of 320NMs."

Erm, as for spring seats...

stock m3 springs will not fit these spring seats remember! as most car springs inc m3 rears are pig tailed at each end not equal diameter the whole way down......

grp n racing springs however will fit on these,,,,..... i happened top have a full grp n h&r coilover set... so thanks for letting me know of these as this bit was what was missing....
