Not sure about yearly figures, but I believe the total figure was just 4204 (or somewhere pretty close).technoviolet wrote:Probably bin asked before but how many 325 sport's(type I and II)were produced in each year and overall?cheers in advance.

The Jeremy Walton book about the 3 series claims:
1986 - 352 Manuals - 30 Autos
1987 - 1320 Manuals - 106 Autos
1988 - 208 Manuals - 29 Autos
1989 - 1236 Manuals - 199 Autos
1990 - 812 Manuals - 110 Autos
The book has a few inaccurate figures in it apparently but shows that just over 4000 were produced. It also says that no sports were catalogued in 1988 due to the switchover to facelift. So I am not exactly sure if the 1988 numbers are Mtech1 or Mtech2s ?
In the current BMW car club magazine though it mentions a figure of 3000 though so I don't know who is right. It would also mean that any 1991 or later registered cars were made in 1990.
