Had an inspection of abs sensor today and it turned out to be both wires had completely rotted out inside the rubber sleeving , i was lucky tho cos the rot stopped just leaving enough at each end for me to cut in a new length of wire , took it on a run and could not get the car to lock up for love or money , jobs a goodun !
Words of advice tho , if any of you are in breakers in the future see if you can pick up some sensors cheap cos i went to BMW for price of new and i nearly fell over ... Ԛ£ 80 per sensor !
And dont be fooled if yours look ok , my wiring looked mint but inside it was perished to fook !
