My 325i touring is an E plate, correct me if im wrong but the first ones made were E plates? Anyone else on here got an E plate touring? if so lets see some pics!
Also wondering if all the tourings were non chrome, my 320i se was a chromey looking thing and the touring has no chrome whatsoever, and looks more modern than the 320 did....? Did they come standard non chrome or what?

You hero! Always wondered how it would look... so get on with it!
E30 in need of wiring loom smoke since April '11...
TBH, the bumpers will painted eventually to coincide with the Diamond Black tec1 rear + sides i'm using with it - the Tourer will eventually end up a complete track s1ag when i'm finished with it so i'm not gonna be to picky with it, just need to fund a nice cage for it and all the other relivent pieces needed for the smiles per lap syndrome.
I did think of a complete chrome look though - hardest bit is the rear side window as these are bonded in and BMW never done the surround in chrome! but i'm sure it could be given the chrome look with some eagar mindedness
Looking to out our Back 2 door soon for another Tourer to make a twin of this one, hopfully you'll see them next year on a track some where getting the t1ts thrashed off them lol.
Neil.

Tech 1 touring will be cool.
No chrome wrongness.
There was a reason BMW stopped bast@rdising decent cars with chrome was because God sent rust unto them to show the errors of their ways.
BMW repented and chrome was abolished. However, God made them keep the kidney as a reminder of the error of their ways and never to adorn a car with such devilry again.

Just an update on the early touring thread - my factory spec =
Electric Sliding Roof
Delete Catalyser
Interior Headlight Adjustment
Headlight Wash/wipe
Apparently my car was one of the first e30 tourings and was registered as a press car. dont really know if this is good or bad tbh.

Oh cirmson sport leather interior in touring - the ultimate imo. I would have it even with the laser blue exterior (clash!) Failing that, dark blue sport leather interior would be almost as qual! Any piccies of these two combos for my delight?

Chris

OB's, you going down this route as well then fella? - good to be different at times imho, rear bumpers a pig to fit with the tec1 kit on, had to chop mine abit and it still doesn't fit properlt - it's mainly down to keeping a towbar in situ.
Got some pics of it in a thread called "Started stripping" in e30 chat
Neil.

Mines an E reg 325i in White, and yes it has the dim dip lights but one has been replaced with a smiley at some point. They're now HID
Otherwise its pretty standard spec, with no extras I could see. Just the standard electric roof/mirrors and bottletops. I've since put BBS on it and replaced the original panasonic tape unit. (I've still got it for some reason)

Another E reg 325i Touring here too
Mine was pretty standard spec - No OBC, dealer fit all round electric windows, comfort cloth, bottle tops etc....
Mine is quite an early one as it was registered in January 1988 IIRC
