What the typical MPG for an E30 325i? I'm getting about 250 miles to a tank is that right?

250 miles to a tank sounds about right to me (mine's a '89 325i Touring manual) - doesn't seem to matter how gently you drive, it still loves to drink

with mines it's always over 300, usually 320-350 miles

30mpg around town, 35 on the motorway.
Mine was an '85 325i manual coupe.
The economy's got more to do with planning ahead than how light your right foot is
For example, the brake discs on my last car were practically new when I got it, and had a barely perceptible wear ridge when I sold it over a year of daily use later.
