i just noticed i have a little rechargable torch in my glove box. this seems like one of those things that get lost over the years and are worth something now (like the tool kit).

go on burst my bubble.

Its not rare, but it is something that goes missing.... I dont have one, or a tool kit, or bloody first aid kit.

Bubble popped !!

Desirable but you can still get them new, the rechargeable battery goes in them cheaper to buy a new one as the battery is pricey if not working.

ps got a full toolkit first aid box and triangle in my iS

the arn't much kop at actually looking at stuff unless its pitch black outside. Even when fully charged, tho considering the state of headlights on E30's its no surprise. The one thing the germans didn't master in the 80's was seeing out past thier bonnet at night!

My previous toy was an Audi S4 Avant with Zenons very white clear lighting but the range and amount of up ahead lighting is excellent on the E30 i live down a minor road with no street lighting on one section and everything is visible in the E30.

ditto with the torch - never had a workin one. I do however have a complete tool kit - when i say complete i mean with fuses, bulbs AND the BMW embossed blue duster cloth that come with the large tool kits in the M535i's (got to love the BMW duster! haha!)... its just silly, it has so many tools and spanners - you could service your car without a seperate tool kit I am very sure! :D

I have a complete tool kit, however due to the leaky boot and the subsequent condensation it`s all rusty
