I saw them today on the motormec website for Ԛ£39. Is this about right for them? Just a tad more than the Ԛ£15 for a Haynes manual!

Wheres the best place to get one? Dont need one just yet but Ive a feeling I will soon.

On the zone main page there's an advert for this manual:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASI ... 77-3660623

Ԛ£26, or Ԛ£20 used.

Haynes manuals are terrible for the e30 (don't know about any other car) the only time I've used mine is for when I needed to change my viscous fan, and the entire book didn't even mention the word 'viscous'.

Bentley rules!

Cheers for the link. Ordered one tonight which should come in handy for doing the head.

The Haynes manual is w@nk!
It said you need 2 ppl to remove a bonnet and 1 of u has to hold it up! Not true! You can do it urself by popping the catch and unscrewing it with a socket set while its horizontal...

LOL! Ive got it here on the PC and I had a quick look through. I bought one for my GSI Astra but never ended up needing it.
They just seem to forget to include certain important pieces of information when doing certain things!
