TotalBMW mag article with 318is vs 318i

There was a good article in last months tbmw mag. It looked at 4 cylinder e30, but was very biased towards the 318is.

Is this the issue with "THE NEW WORLD ORDER: 535d" on the front cover.

Or does anyone know the month and year of issue( just to make sure)?
