Not sure if this is the right section!

I was just wondering if any of you have got a seperate insurance policy for your setreo equipment as a normal insurance policy only has a low value cover.

If so who would you recommend or is it something you can have added to your normal motor insurance?

Im not sure what stereo cover Ive got now - not too bothered as I dont have an expensive stereo any more, it got nicked :x

But before I had the BM, my car insurance covered a stereo system upto Ԛ£1500 at no extra cost, that would be enough for me.

I've never had separate stereo insurance but I did look into it a few years ago, but it was ridiculously expensive. I'm sure it was something like Ԛ£300 a year for Ԛ£1500 cover, didn't seem worth it somehow.......

Didn't think it's be that much.

Thing is my stereo is probably worth twice as much as my car(obviously didn't pay that much, i aint that daft) so to replace it would be pretty expensive if anything happened to it.

How safe do you lot reckon things are in the boot as thats where most of the stuff is?

Its like that ICE guide says in the tech section tho, "turn off your ice when your about a mile from home, its amazing how many ppl u recognize by their car"

Yea always turn it down near home and in town, also fold the screen in as well when i'm in town  . Also avoid boyracers at all costs as you know what they're like and it avoids word of mouth.
