I know a replacement cd radio is only £100 but does anyone know how to find the code for the standard radio?

I don't have the handbook which might have had it in. Is there a website or something or will a main dealer be able to do it (at huge cost no doubt)?

The car's a 1994 316i Touring btw.

Many thanks in advance,
nick

You used to be able to stick the old ford radio's in the freezer over night and when put back in the car the codes were reset :)

I've not tried taking it out or anything but it says BMW on the front. It's the OE compact cassette player the car came from the factory with!

Cheers,
Nick
